Snap Scan EXCELLENT Service

I have dealt with a lot of companies over the years and the ones that are really noteworthy can be counted on the fingers of one of my hands. Snap Scan is one of them. Not only is the system very easy to use no matter if you are a merchant or just a user, but the support if you get stuck is phenomenal! These guys will actually phone you and walk the extra mile with you just to make sure that you get unstuck! Then they will follow it up with an email to make sure that everything is good and that there are no more issues! When was the last time you heard of anyone doing that? If this website had a ten star rating, I would have given them that! They deserve better than five stars!
