Shocked by such excellent service!

What an amazing experience dealing with Tasneem at Snapscan! She rep**** to my email and sorted my problem out in 10 minutes. I am so used to people providing poor service and going back and forth to sort out a minor issue. This was done once, done immediately and required no back and forth! Thank you Tasneem, I hope they pay you well, people that can provide service like you don't exist anymore!
