Poor service and verification process

Very dissappointed in the verification process. I got a inlaw family member that is affiliated with a political party. It is not me so why de hell must i be verified according to her having the same name and surname. Im very furious. You dont identify a person according to name and surname but to id number. I will not recommend anyone to use snapscan. It is a mission to get approved as a small business
