SnapScan's app falls short in user-friendliness. It's frustrating that it's only useful for specific purchases and not everyday transactions like buying airtime or transferring money. Even worse, their scanning standards are rigid, causing unnecessary hassle for users. I had to resort to calling support to withdraw my funds, highlighting the app's inefficiency. As a software developer, I noticed numerous flaws that hinder its usability. Overall, I wouldn't recommend SnapScan to others due to these limitations. One star ⭐.
