My experience

It was at first complicated, but then one of their customer service people then helped me through it. My one criticism is that as far as I could tell, there was nothing that explained the legalese in the contract and that was confusing as someone who knows nothing about that kind of stuff. But otherwise it was amazing and incredibly useful
