Excellent Customer Service

I recently had an issue with verifying my SnapScan account because I needed to withdraw funds from my wallet back into my bank account. I called in and requested to be called back by the agent. What a friendly gentleman, he called me back without any hesitation. Upon getting back to me, he was extremely patient with me as I described my issue and assisted me promotly. He remained on the call with me as we fixed the issue together and successfully verified my account seamlessly with his patience and assistance. Super happy with my customer experience with the representative at SnapScan. We need more people like him working in customer service. Thank you,
