Take on merchants that are ************ and then refuse to claw back your money when they don't deliver. SNAPSCAN gave me a sense of comfort when I was buying, but don't be fooled, they take one whoever will pay their rates. Will never use their app again> don't feel that their merchants are trustworthy.

We try our best to assist where we can, unfortunately, SnapScan is simply the payment processor and have little control over how merchants conduct their business. That being said if merchants are flagged for us to review we do. Have you been in touch with our Customer Experience team?
