Excellent Service Received Every Time!

<p>The service received from the Snappy team was once again incredible.</p> <p> </p> <p>My mom in law that lives on the property didn’t have hot water for 2-3 weeks and in this time our rental agency came out twice and couldn’t get the issue resolved. This was extremely inconvenient as she had to walk to our house every evening just to take a shower.</p> <p>I eventually requested Snappy to come out and the supplier came out the same day, identified the issue and sorted it out yesterday. Pieter was friendly, and even went beyond and gave us advise on what the underlying issue and cause was.</p> <p> </p> <p>Giovanni from Snappy also kept me in the loop and was such a pleasure to deal with – even in between me running from one meeting to another he stayed in touch and sorted all for me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Such a pleasure!
