Snappy Fashion ******

I ordered shoes with Snappy fashion on the 16 of September 2024 and they promised.me that they deliver within 5 working days. After I made payment they told me to I will receive a tracking order the following day, to my surprise nothing was send. I send them Whatsapp and they told me to be patient. After 5 days that I was promised my shoes passed I tried calling and the gentleman who answered was very rude and he told me they are dealing with to much orders and was send Ietter of apologize promising me a free gift along with my order. I have been battle with them cause I told them I want my refund I no longer want they shoes as month has already passed . They just blue tick my message and ignore my calls.. please help all I want is my money back from those bunch of ******
