Online purchase from Snappy Fashion

On the 9th and 10th of May 2024 I ordered 2pairs of shoes from Snappy Fashion online... I waited for almost a month for my order... When I asked about my order they told me they having a situation but they working on it. Then I received a call from the guy telling me if they don't sort out my situation they prepared to refund me, jiki Jiki the guy is ignoring my text.. Even blocked me on Facebook.. I have been trying to contact them.. But they not taking my calls... Im so disappointed and all I wanted was just my money.. Snappy Fashion ****med me R1700.
