I lost R1700

I'm very disappointed that Snappy Fashion hasn't reply to my messages... Honestly speaking I had a very bad experience with them.. And now I'm asking myself will I ever get my money back.. Cos now they very quite they not responding. All I wanted was my money nothing more nothing less.. I mean any amount of money is more than enough. I hope they see this and act right fix their mistakes. Thank you
