Do not use Snappy Coach Hire

We had a change of driver at the time that they were meant to collect us. Half an hour after that, they said that their bus would not start and it would take another half an hour. Their problem was made into our problem. This left 22 people without transport which they had already paid for and Snappy Coach Hire had no contingency plans in place which would get us to our destination timeously. I would not recommend them.
