Snapplify - an absolute pleasure

This company is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Second year using them for my son's school textbooks. Had an issue with purchasing a wrong textbook. Sent them an email, within minutes I received a response and thereafter refund processed. I am in absolute awe to deal with such entity. Usually it's so painful to get a refund but this process has been painless and quick. I love that you get immediate, and I mean immediate attention. The staff are friendly and efficient.
