Ridiculously pathetic application

This app is TERRIBLE!

I paid for a book (studying through UNISA) and nowhere can I download or read the book. I want a REFUND! The reader app on my Ipad is **** and displays nothing at all, on the windows laptop it logs in but my book is nowhere in sight and nothing comes up when I search. And on my Huawei phone, the app does not even load, can't even log in. Can't believe this site is allowed to operate. If 0 stars were possible that's what you will get as there is 0 functionality on the apps and 0 live support. VERY UNHAPPY
