Not user friendly - support non-existent

This app/website/service is not user friendly at all, since last year, I have struggled to use it and the support is basic at best.

I can't start a certain subject with my child because I am unable to access the textbooks that I paid for.

I will advise any service provider to have alternative options as well, because if you need to access the books, you need to access them -which is why the pdf version was chosen, as immediate access was promised
