EXCELLENT CORPORATE RESPONSE - PROACTIVE AND EFFICIENT

I mistakenly purchased the incorrect edition of a book. I logged a query with Snapplify regarding substituting it for the correct edition. They reverted within 24 hours to advise they don't have the correct edition, but would be willing (without my request) to refund me.

They emailed me for my banking details, but shortly thereafter realised that I had made the purchase with my credit card, and took the initiative to process the refund to my credit card - no delay necessary.

Many other corporates would wait for my response, and the back and forth would go on for days, maybe weeks, before resolution.
