BAD SERVICE

<p>I bought school uniform from snappers at 78 market street polokwane, i returned the uniform within 7days to get my refund of R550.00 but they refused to give me back my money. I was told that I cannot get a refund but only have the option to exchange.the price and tag number were on my slip. My kids have changed school and the school they going to Snappers does not have their Uniform. I am very dissapointed with the way the Manager handled the matter, this is unacceptable.I believe that this is not professional and that i shouldnt be forced to exchenge things. I was then told that since my kids wont be attending that school ,i should Donate the uniform to charity. I would appreciate it if someone can assist me with this matter.</p>
