You Snap and they Save by not paying out!

I am so disappointed with SNAPnSAVE. What was once an amazing App has now become what feels like a ****. After over a year of planning my weekly menu's and shopping around coupons and weeks and weeks of snapping slips, I am unable to get my cash back which has been pending since 9 October. When I first followed up, I was told there is a new payment system and I would get cashback soon, the second time I was told my payment got stuck and they would check with the relevant department and get back to me. To date, no one has gotten back to me and the rest of my follow up's are ignored. I really hope all the store's who paid SNAPnSAVE have seen what is happening because the money for the coupons does not seem to be going to the customers. Please can you release the money due to me so that I can delete the app?!
