Would love an honest answer or a payout.

This app used to be great but since they had to "upgrade their system" last year they have not done payouts. I requested a payout in November 2023 which was rejected and then again in January but it stays pending. The replies from customer service are copied from their FAQs. Wish they would just be honest and say there's no money rather than waste everyone's time with the promise of paying out.
