Withdrawal woes

I am having thee worst experience with this app I have been trying to withdraw for months now. At first I linked my bank account and requested a withdrawal it bounced and then I saw somewhere that the withdrawals are on hold and they'll let us when we can withdraw again. I never received a notification that withdrawals are back on. Now on the app the EFT withdrawal option shows active but when I try to withdraw it wants me to add my banking details again and I do then it sends an error message that I have already added 5 profiles to my bank account of which I don't know really what they mean.
