Utterly disappointed in their withdrawal process

I’m so disappointed by the service of this company. I initiated a cash out to my bank and I’ve been getting the runaround from them as everyone else has been getting to. This is the second time that I’ve initiated a withdrawal and I’m having the same issues of having to follow up on payment as they don’t meet their deadlines. It’s extremely frustrating that this **** is still ongoing
