Useless Cashback App

This is a useless cashback app, they generate revenue from app engagements and downloads, however, fail to process cashback withdrawal requests on time. I made a withdrawal in February and each time I follow up on the withdrawal I get the same automated response:

"Thank you for your query We've recently updated our systems and noticed your payment hasn't gone through. I will be forwarding this to our payments department to review and include it in our next payment batch. Our sincerest apologies for the delay.

We thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to improve our systems. If you have any further questions or concerns, please reach out to us. Update on our cash out dates: 1. Unless notified, cash outs are usually processed weekly – cycles run from Thursdays to Wednesdays and eft payments will be processed on Fridays."

Don't bother snapping your grocery slips here. A complete waste of time!
