I had the worst experience with this and completely believe it’s a ****. I specifically purchased goods that would generate a saving and for an entire year I build up almost R1000. When I tried to cash out I received numerous excuses about them having a new system and my payment got “lost” in the process but I should be patient for the next 15-20 days in which they would then make payment. I cashed out on 21 July 2023, I have yet to receive my cash out payment. After waiting for more than a year I finally gave up and deleted my app and unsubscribed from their app and emails. Do not bother with this “Savings” it’s a huge lie. Someone should warn others who are completely unaware of their deceit.
