They don't payout!

I have tried contacting them several times and there has been no response at all. My R220 eft is pending from the 2nd of June 2024. I have stopped snapping because it clearly doesn't work any longer. You can snap but when it's pay out time they just disappear. Just letting everyone know so no time is wasted.
