They don’t pay out

I did a cash out on the 12th of June still I haven’t received anything months later . Sent follow up emails but l get generic responses. I don’t think lm going to get that money but surprisingly I'm still getting promotional emails from them so that they don’t pay in the end. Just wasting our time.
