System Upgrade mess up
I've used this app since 2017 with great success. But since their system update September 2023, they've frozen the funds in my wallet. Contacts result in a automated response that gives no info at all. Sadly I've recommended this app to quite a few people. If you cancelling my profile, then tell me. Don't keep stringing me along.

21 Feb 2024, 14:28Update: They have finally responded to say they incorrectly debited my account by R761 and they have now reversed it and I have to make up a negative balance. This amount never reflected on my profile nor did I cash out this amount. They can't tell me when they made this mistake and have not a acknowledged my response to provide all my slips for the cash outs I've done. Starting to feel like I've been ****med either by the company or one of their employees. note I've already snapped R510 rand to cover this R761 and now have only have to snap for another R200 before i can cashout a R50. THE NERVE.
