Struggle with payout
When I joined the app it was a great way to sae and earn back money on products you buy just by snapping your till slip, The first and second payouts went smooth, but since July 2024 me and my friend are waiting for payouts and every time we lodge a query we get a different answer ranging from, wait for the system, it will pay out in 2 or 3 days etc. So now it just feels like a waste of time to snap your till slips and money just lying there waiting to be paid out.
