SnapnSave launched in 2015, has almost 2 million Cashback Club members and has paid out millions of rands to our members. We’ve also been voted in the top 20 retailer rewards programmes in South Africa.
We recently needed to do a big tech update on our cash out given a boom in member growth. Unfortunately, that didn’t all go to plan and may have impacted some users.
