So disappointed!

Snap and save used to be such a fun way of making a couple of extra bucks! Everyone in the household was in trouble if they threw away till slips. Now we can't be bothered anymore. Just like other reviewers here, us loyal snappers have begun experiencing trouble with audits and payouts not happening and the excuses on e-mail from Sharna W at the cashout desk doesn't really help. Now I wanted to cash out my last few Rands to delete the app and I'm told "You have to snap some coupons before you cash out for the first time". Heck, I've been snapping and cashing out for years! Taking my energy elsewhere.
