SnapnSave withdrawal issue

I have been their member since last year and had done my 1st withdrawal last year as well, towards the end of the year. I did my 2nd withdrawal on the 23/05/2024. To date I haven't received that money. According to them, payments are done weekly. So you ask yourself how many weeks have passed from the 23/05. I have made several enquiries, ie, 19/06, 30/06, 17/07 and lastly on the 23/08/2024. From their responses, I have been receiving same feedback that I have been put on the next batch. To date, that batch hasn't paid out.
