SNAPnSAVE Unfulfilled Cashout and Poor Support

I am deeply disappointed with how SNAPnSAVE handles cashouts. I logged a cashout on the 29th of April, and to date, I have not received any money in my account. I regret referring people to install the app and start snapping. I feel ****med, honestly. I was passionate about snapping my receipts and encouraging others to do the same, thinking this was a way to earn a little extra. Instead, I am left waiting in the dark as to when I should expect the cash out.

When I follow up with the SNAPnSAVE team, all I receive are sincere apologies for the inconvenience, but no one provides an exact date for when I can expect the money to reflect in my account. This lack of clarity and action has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I hope they address this issue promptly and provide better service to their users or I should perhaps just forget about SNAPnSAVE and have the app uninstalled from my phone, I think this will give me peace.
