SNAPnSAVE - the trick you to join, but no more payouts?

I joined SNAPnSAVE in 2018, as it is always a good way to save for a rainy day.

I did my first payout in 2022 to see if they are legit and no problems. I even recommended the app to friends and family. In Oct of 2024 I did another payout of R400, which is not a lot, but since then, NOTHING..

I will love to keep supporting them, but waiting for 9 months for a payout and nothing. When you contact them you get the same response every single time. How long does it take to get the new payment methods to work properly??

Like what the hell...
