SnapnSave let me down!

I realize the cash back is cool, but it is promised! I have been using SnapnSave for years now and previously successfully got cash back. But now I was in a bit of a bind and decided to get another cash out. It's been 3 weeks now (from13 Aug 2024 / 15 working days) and the cash out still shows pending on the app. after enquiring last week I was sent an email explaining that the cash out process has changed. (Not mention in the FAQ or on the web site. Now suddenly cash outs take 14 working days to process if it doesn't come under audit. What do they want to audit? Needless to say I had to make a different plan to sort out my bind. I was always a big promoter for Snap n Save, now I can only say don't waste your time. Very disappointed!
