SnapnSave is not paying out

I have been a loyal user of this app since its launch in 2015. Unfortunately, 2024 has been a bad year for Snapnsave, all these audits and waiting very long for cash payouts. I have already been audited three times and despite many emails, I still do not receive my cashback, waiting now since April 2024. Very disappointing to say the least
