SnapnSave - does not work!

Been a member for a while. The inapp camera doesn't take proper pictures and that means slips get denied. Requested payout in begining Febuary and still nothing. Everytime I get the same lame answer that they changed systems and had some issues and that my payout has been flagged for payment for close to 4 months now. This app does not work!
