On the 26th of November 2024, I have submitted my cashback request which was R340.00 and guess what I'm still waiting for it.

I have done 3 or 4 follow ups via email I was told that I'II be paid within 1 week but I'm still waiting for my cashback.

What I would like to know is are they still going to pay me out or has the company collapsed.
