SnapnSave becoming a **** now ?

Seems Snap&Save are running now a *****ulent Scheme. They draw you in as a coupon client on their app. - get then certain products from big stores like PicknPay / Makro etc who pays an amount (cash back) like R 1.00 on a lt milk to the coupon client. I requested a R 400 withdraw on the 4 June 2024 - I am still waiting, it's the 26 Oct 2024 with 17 emails - all emails are similar " Our cash-out tech code recently underwent essential updates to accommodate the rapid growth of new members, align with new requirements from our banking partners, and implement tighter controls to enhance the accuracy of payments. These updates may have affected some of our members, that may include yourself, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. I have looked up your pending cash out in the system and it seems to have gotten stuck in the system. I have notified our payments and tech department who are busy investigating this. I will provide you with feedback soonest. Update on our cash out dates:

We have implemented some recent cash out rules with our new tech code update. These can be viewed in our FAQ’s: www.snapnsave.co.za/Display/Faqs Since 2015 we have paid out millions in cash back to our members. We thank you for your patience during our cash out tech update and look forward to your continued support Kind regards, Zante VW – Part of Tiffany’s Snappy team at The Cashback Club The Cashback Club is powered by SnapnSave

So, what I think here is that they have the money for themselves but no money to pay out - Do Pick n Pay/ Makro and other participated stores knows about it? IN MAY PERSONAL VIEW, THEY ARE NOW BECOMING A ****!!!!

Hi Leon,

I see you’ve been a SnapnSave member since 2016, have earned around R4300 and had 4 successful cash outs since joining.

SnapnSave launched in 2015, now has almost 2 million Cashback Club members and has paid out millions of rands to our members. We’ve also been voted in the top 20 retailer rewards programmes in South Africa.

I have flagged your pending cash out with our team and your payment will get pushed with our next payment batch this coming Friday. Please allow up to 5 working days once your payment status changes from "EFT Submitted" to "EFT Cash Out" for your payment to reflect in your bank account.

If you have any further questions, please contact us on ***

Kind regards,
Tiffany - SnapnSave
