SNAPnSAVE appalling service

I am bitterly dissatisfied with this company. After being a member for over 3 years and never experienced a single problem, sadly that has changed. I requested a cash out on 24 February and am still waiting. Nobody replies to my emails and it appears the message service on the app is not working. I thought perhaps the company had closed but they are still advertising??? I work in the service industry and find it incredibly unprofessional and inexcusable that a company does not have the courtesy to reply to a message, let alone not replying to 3 or 4 messages!! Have tried getting hold of their CEO but the other email addresses I found for him seem to not exist anymore......plenty of red flags I would say! I will no longer be snapping.
