Snap n save - Stay away needs to be shut down

I have being using the app for sometime now and accumulated a reasonable cash back. I then cashed it in, after a month of not receiving I sent a message on the app and had no response. The next week same thing sent another message. Eventually after 3 messages I noticed a message under the FAQ's that since 1st Sept cash out's are not able to be processed due to the app needing to be updated. It's almost four months later and this app is still not updated. There is no other way of contacting them, no landline or email, only the message section on the app which they clearly ignore. Clearly we are doing the work for you to earn a income from this, but you are not giving back to your customers.
