Snap n Save - Poor service and empty promises

I placed a cash out request on the 9th April 2024, to date it hasn't been paid out despite back and forth email correspondence between myself and their customer service department. I've received excuses of system and pay out updates being the cause of the delay and given empty assurances that the cash out would be expedited and processed in the next batch etc, but still nothing. For the past 3 weeks my status has been sitting on EFT submitted. This is extremely poor service!
