Snap n Save is no longer reputable

Snap n Save was a wonderful app where you could take pictures of your grocery slips and they would give you a cash back savings as a reward. On average, they would take about 7 working days to pay out if you requested your cash back... unfortunately not when I did this on 14 February 2024. I had requested an amount of over R500 and waited, eventually at the end of February I sent an email to enquire about what was going on, as I had still not received the payment. Their reply was that they had been implementing new systems and I was now under audit. At this stage I am still under an audit and have not received my payment. After reading various reviews and comments online, I have noticed that this has now become the norm for Snap n Save, as many have been under audit or have not seen payments since October 2023. I feel that they now use the audit as an excuse not to pay users.
