Snap N Save do not payout with in allocated times.

On the 30 of August 2024 I cashed out of my snap n save wallet, and today I still have not received the money owed to me for my till slips redeemed, I email them numerous times and even posted on their Facebook page, and it's always excuse after excuse. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP OR SERVICE TO ANYONE. I had been using it since it was launched with no problems, but the last 2 years has been shocking with withdrawals, taking weeks on end, this one has been the worst 7 months and still waiting for payment. Very disappointed.
