I was introduced to the app by family and the SnS boasts of saving people funds whenever they buy. They make deals with brands, which gets boosted since many people joined thinking it's a legit thing until I and many realised it's a **** when I couldn't cash out what I accumulated -R2699 since 28 November 2023, the process which was supposed to take a week! Once Snap n Save realised many people needed cashing out, most like myself were told we are being investigated and it would take no more than 30 days, but all those I know and introduced never got a cent back after falling for them. They probably raise funds for themselves whilst telling big brands that they are negotiating on our behalf. According to my experience, Snap n Save is misrepresenting itself so that brands can partner with them. The brands include Makro, Tiger Brands, and many others that produce or sell household and or grocery items. The team for Snap n Save needs to be investigated maybe something bigger and deeper is going on there. My contact is *** in case of more info needed. This is also the number I signed up with and surprisingly, I seem to be locked out and when opting for a Forgot Password the app says number not recognised, how??? I have numerous emails I communicated with them on using *** and 'Tiffany' kept shifting from point to another. Snap n Save seems like a **** and needs to be investigated. Partnered brands also need to investigate them as these brands image is also tarnished, unless they all know what the hell they are doing to consumers who wanna save during these difficult economic thimes
