Snap and save useless

This business should have 0 stars, I have the same problem with snap and save I cashed out February 09 2024 and week later they tell me I am under audit blah blah blah new what ever is in place now and the audit takes 10 working days and it's almost end of March those 10 working days are looooong time past, I am still under audit this snap and save sucks!
