Snap and Lose

I found this app very interesting and saw this as an opportunity to save money and at the same time it also became kind of like my grocery list. I had a few rands and on 6 January 2024 I decided to " Cash Out ". Almost a month later it still shows under audit. Auditing what???? the pics of my till slips? I have read other reviews and have not seen anyone's cash out " under audit " Is this the 2024 excuse. ?? How disappointing , and to think I raved to everyone about this app...
