Refund under Audit for 4 months - no payout yet

Extremely disappointed, been using SNAPnSAVE very successfully until my last cash out request in May and since then my account has been under audit. Every email sent since then they advise that my funds got stuck or they still busy with massive upgrades and it should be resolved shortly and to be patient. This has unfortunately left me wondering if the service is even still operational. Just inadequate support and closure of the problem. Very very disappointed.
