Really disappointed with Snap 'n Save

I've never had any issues with Snap 'n Save before, when I was only paying out smaller amounts up to R200, but recently, I dared to wait a bit longer and save up to R400 before requesting my payout...now I've been waiting for 3 months and I still don't have my payout...they've been having so many excuses...I'm under audit and their systems are undergoing maintenance, they're legalities are being reviewed...I don't know what's going on, but I'm thinking I need to rather just download another App to snap my slips...I don't feel like their really worth all the trouble anymore.
