Poor service and feedback

Requested a cash out of R200 on 1 Feb, pending for 6 weeks due to "audit" . Cash out then cancelled. Requested new cash out of R300, still pending. On querying, u always the get the standard response, like a copy n paste. No customer service at all. Are they keeping funds due to consumers or what. How can the site under changes/implementations when it does not work.
