Poor service

I have requested for a cash out in February 2024 till today all I get is mails with empty promises and which are not been followed up. This company takes people for granted because when you sent mail for assistance all they do is we are working on it,it's 6 months down the line still nothing on their side or even a follow up on their side. Poor service
