poor payout service on snap n save.

I have been using this app, with no problems, however recently, when i have tried withdrawing my money, for snapping my till slips, It get refunded to my wallet, and when i query it, Tiffany sends a reply saying they are upgrading their system, this has happened now for the past few months, recently I am being told, that they are cashing out in batches, however my money has been sitting in pending mode since the 23 October, its almost a month, when queried again, I am told its due to many **** accounts, and they paying in of batches, I find this rather unfair, as I only have one account with them and been using it for years. Also they only do cash outs on a Friday so I do not see why I should wait for weeks for my cash out that was done weeks ago....
